The mission of KAPP is to organize private providers in the disability community to be a powerful voice for political, economic, and social change in Kentucky.

Our Vision

Through unyielding advocacy efforts, KAPP envisions that private providers in Kentucky are given adequate resources to offer quality support options for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities – and the resources to support ongoing  educational efforts and increased wages for our direct support professionals.
